Attention Attorneys and Members of the Media

My name is Antuan (Tony) Bronshtein. I've been imprisoned in Pennsylvania
since February 28, 1991 - on Death Row since April 22, 1994, and while
despite having been maliciously prosecuted while the Commonwealth was in
possession of material exculpatory and impeaching evidence which they
deliberately withheld I never claimed to be a political prisoner, newly
seated Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito clearly made me one on November
17, 2004 and then again on April 14, 2005 - a move which had the White
House unsuccessfully attempting to improperly influence my silence (in
writing) before they began engaging in serious criminality to keep me
silenced while systematically denying me due process.

For those of you whose nature it is to doubt, if you will be kind enough
to allow me 5 minutes of your time, I assure the skeptical among you by
the time you're done reading this you'll be convinced beyond any doubt.

Now that I have your attention - in July 2005 the White House set up a
Fictitious "Prison Release Ministry" called "The Forgiveness Foundation"
(A block away from the White House on 1700 Pennsylvania Av.) through which
they began writing me. By August 12th it became obvious they were
attempting to improperly influence me to remain silent about then Judge
Aiito's impeachable opinion in Bronshtein v. Horn- writing in a signed
August 8, 2005 letter "Circumstances can grant you what you are seeking
without an attorney" after promising to help me with one. They did this
because Aiito's opinion is not only a politically motivated affront to
justice where he blatantly misrepresented the law and the already badly
tainted record facts and equally tainted evidence to come to his absurd
and credibility challenged conclusions as you'll find thoroughly explained
in my pro se pleadings. In its aftermath which I warned Alito through
counsel I would go public about, but where even more dishonorably in an
effort to save his friends firms reputation he clearly misrepresented the
panels on the records findings and brazenly covered up counsels admitted
malpractice which was clearly found by at least one panel member before he
and the only other male on that panel questioned counsel and got them to
clearly admit it before they shamelessly assured the court under
questioning by who I correctly guessed was Judge Alito that I couldn't get
back in on this meritorious issue, which was clearly found meritorious
during the April 22, 2003 oral arguments, if the panel decided to shoot me
down. Influenced not only by Aiito's impending nomination to high Court
which as I would learn through counsel (of record Peter Rossi) in 2002 was
already promised him at least as early as 2002, but also by his good long
time friend Patrick O'Connor who as I would discover on June 9, 2005 upon
hearing the oral arguments audio-tape more than 2 years after the fact
after being fought all of that time as founding partner of the very
influential and politically connected firm Cozen O'Connor secretly entered
his appearance for oral arguments when the record will clearly reflect
before I began
questioning is firms obvious malpractice which was much broader then that
that was found just months prior to oral arguments he had absolutely no
prior involvement with my case whatsoever, but did so - secretly entered
his appearance - to improperly influence his good long time friend Alito
to save his firms reputation.

All counts up to this point were confirmed by the credible publication and
Bush administration friend the forward whose totally inaccurate and
shamelessly misleading (December 30, 2005) sham of a story "Death Row
Inmate Campaigns Against Alito's Nomination to High Court" was nothing but
a gross cover up for all the parties involved after the writer who not
only days prior told me he confirmed everything in my pro se pleadings but
that The Forgiveness Foundation was the brain child of then White House
Chief of Staff Andrew Card who was forced out exactly six days after my
(signed) certified return receipt letter was received where I discussed
the serious consequences for the very serious criminality the White House
has been engaging in ever since as you'll find explained below.

Soon after I made my intentions of going public clear in a letter that was
acknowledged (in writing) in May 2005, the White House began illegally
monitoring my father's cell phone as well as his movements and has been
using its influence to scare off and silence those who have expressed an
interest to help me as well as on prison administration officials who were
not only ordered to arbitrarily deny me access to and possessions of said
audio-tape in an effort to successfully get Alito through the confirmation
process but to destroy my outgoing mail to members of the media and the
senate which are not only impeachable offenses but felonies and I have
physical as well as documented evidence in addition to my pro se pleadings
and Alito's impeachable November 17, 2004 order and April 14, 2005 opinion
not only to prove everyone of these facts but that a false oral arguments
audio-tape was produced some time after June 13, 2005 which I received in
May 2006 after creating a long paper trail in which prison officials are
contradicting themselves and each other as well as Cozen O'Connor
attorneys regarding the original which at first they claimed they still
had and would give to me, later claiming it was "returned to originator
per originators instructions", to change their story yet again after I
followed up on this written response which contradicted this officials
previous three requesting to know who that was exactly, the name of the
party security returned the tape to, the date it was mailed and the class
of postage that was used, this time claiming that it wasn't returned after
all but that it somehow disappeared out of the prisons security offices
cabinet which according to this security official is always kept locked
and is only accessible to security personnel.

If that's not enough to convince the skeptics of a political machine, the
Common Pleas Court on May 16, 2006 appointed a republican attorney who's
also a former prosecutor from the Montgomery County office that
maliciously prosecuted me in 1994 while withholding material exculpatory
and impeaching evidence and thus is politically inclined to cover up for
the parties involved. And the fact that he called my competency into
question during a May 26, 2006 hearing after proving himself a shyster by
misleading me about the material he promised to review and requested me to
bring down to the county with me, which he later admitted he wasn't being
paid to do, and thus refused, which prompted me to fire him on the spot,
at which point I told him to tell the court to appoint new counsel, is
proof there's a political machine driving one cover up after another as
there's been over the course of this past year which I'd be more than
happy to explain in much greater detail to those interested.

Exposure on the internet and the World Wide Web is my only hope of getting
justice at this point since the White House through its many agents have
been systematically violating my constitutional rights and thus robbing me
of liberty which would have otherwise been restored long ago if
constitutionally guaranteed due process was honored.

I am currently being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility
at 60 Eagleville Road, Norristown, PA. 19403.1.D. # 06-3094
and at least for the time being I can be reached here. Ever since my
arrival here on May 22, 2006 I've been systematically denied law books
while others have been getting the ones they've been requesting on a
regular basis and I only bring this up to say I would not ignore anyones
attempted contact or communication so for those of you who are interested
in helping me or at least in learning more, please make every effort to
get in contact with me if you don't immediately get to talk to me or get a
letter back from me.

My dear son, your first and middle initials are A.M., you were born in
Mexico on July 9, 1991, your mother's name is Maria and her maiden name
begins with the letter C and end with 0, if by the off chance I can reach
you this way, I want you to know there is not a day that goes by that I
don't think of you at least a hundred times or of the relationship I dream
of having with you. So if you ever see this please write me right away so
we can begin the relationship we're been denied for so long.
